The organizational structure of TEAM is divided into a governing board and operational sub-committees. The board is comprised of volunteer-member positions except for the President, Treasurer, and Professional Development Chair positions which are provided with an honorarium. New or returning board members are elected at the Annual General Meeting held in June. The board meets once per month and is governed by Roberts Rules of Order. Committees meet and communicate as necessary and are self-governed. For more information, read the team constitution.
